Our love of food drives us to make our products from scratch using the best local ingredients. Zig's starts the week with their raw meats, vegetables, fruits, flours, and grains. Cooking, mixing, baking, and chopping makes every loaf, dish, pan, and piece uniquely different. The bakery and deli prides itself upon its quality, variety, customer satisfaction, and its community. Zig's passion for food also carries over into the community where they are actively involved. The thirty-five-year-old bakery has changed over the years but its roots in hard, honest work has been passed along from the Minnich's, Cox's, to Zig's. This year our Lititz Chocolate Walk creations are double chocolate brownies, black-bottom cupcakes, and chocolate filled cream puffs.
